D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re entrevue, la question des honoraires est abord\u00e9e avec clart\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Notre m\u00e9thode de taxation habituelle de nos honoraires est li\u00e9e \u00e0 un taux horaire d\u00e9termin\u00e9 en fonction de la complexit\u00e9 du dossier, du degr\u00e9 d\u2019urgence, de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et la sp\u00e9cialisation de l\u2019avocat.<\/p>\n<p>Nous pouvons \u00e9galement proposer, en concertation avec le client, d\u2019autres modes plus ad\u00e9quats \u00e0 ses attentes tels que des formules forfaitaires ou des int\u00e9ressements aux r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins et en aucun cas nos honoraires ne seront calcul\u00e9s sur un r\u00e9sultat esp\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, des provisions sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement factur\u00e9es afin de permettre aux clients d\u2019organiser au mieux le budget n\u00e9cessaire pour notre intervention. Nous veillons d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 justifier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise les prestations accomplies et les frais
